The Out-of-Doors Mart reserves the option to change the shipping method, if it will get there faster, or save you money. If we change the shipping method, we will pass the savings back to you. If we exercise this option it will never cost you more money. Please put your mailing address in the comments section at check out, if your mailing address is different from your shipping address.
If there are any delays you will be contacted Via E-mail and your options presented. We charge $3.00 for handling. The shipping will be exactly what the shipper charges us. All orders not going to the 48 states will have a $10.00 handling fee.
Returns and Warranty
We are not able to accept returns after 60 days.
No returns on electrical items.
You must e-mail us at iSales@odmrv.com to get an RMA number. This RMA number must be clearly visible on the outside of the box or on the shipping label.
All products are covered with a 30 day warranty. All other warranty will be through the manufacturer. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost to us, and we will pay for the return shipping.
